Event Summary

1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent, representing a large proportion of the workforce.

It is more important than ever to create inclusive workspaces that enable neurodivergent individuals to thrive and achieve their full potential. Studies show that having neurodivergent employees can increase the overall productivity of teams by 30-40 per cent. Creativity, out-of-the box thinking and great attention to detail are only few of the strengths that neurodivergent employees bring to the table. As it is, the neurodivergent individuals remain an untapped talent pool.

According to the National Autistic Society, 45% of neurodivergent people have lost or left their job because of challenges due to being misunderstood. Employers, by law, are required to provide reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent employees.

Join Westminster Insight’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace Conference for expert guidance on creating inclusive strategies that prioritise inclusion, wellbeing and support neurodivergent employees.
