When will I receive my joining instructions?

We send joining instructions 2 weeks, 1 week, and the day before the course. If you haven’t received them, check your spam folder first. If they’re not there, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

When will I receive the training materials?

Course handouts and any additional resources will be emailed to you one day before the course, to the address you used when registering. Presentation slides are usually shared after the course has taken place.

If you haven’t received anything the day before your course and it’s not in your spam folder, email [email protected].

Are conferences recorded?

Some conferences are available to watch back on demand. Check the course page on our website for details, or email [email protected] to ask about a specific conference.

How can I view my On Demand Event?

If you have purchased an on-demand event, our customer services team will be in touch within 48 hours to provide log-in details for the online platform, giving you access to the recordings. On demand access is available for 14 days. Please note that access can only be granted upon receipt of payment. Contact [email protected] with any queries.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

Payment is due within 14 days of order and no later than the date of the event, whichever is sooner.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — email [email protected] as soon as you can.  Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of the event incurs an administration charge of £150 plus VAT per delegate. You must pay in full for later cancellation or non-attendance.

How do I transfer my booking?

Delegates may be substituted for no additional cost if notified in writing to [email protected] stating the event name and date, booking number and the original and substitute names, job titles, organisation email addresses and telephone numbers.

When will I receive my CPD certificate?

All our courses are CPD Certified. Your attendance certificate is sent directly by the CPD Delegate Certification Service within 30–60 days of the course. It will confirm your attendance and the duration of the learning activity.

Can my organisation book in-house training?

Yes. All our courses can be run privately for your team, online or in person. We can also tailor the content to fit your organisation.
