Lynn is a dynamic, curious and highly competent consultant, coach and trainer with over 33 years of Public Sector experience, 21 of these in a senior financial and management consultancy capacity. These have focussed on delivering a range of strategic and high impact projects. Lynn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, becoming a member in 1998 with annual continuing professional development.
Lynn has extensive experience within local government (County, Unitary and District Councils), working across most departments, as well as for a Russell Group University. Lynn works effectively across all levels of organisations from national, regional to local, across different types of organisation, including the National Health Service (NHS), and with all levels of stakeholders from Directors to service users.
Lynn is a qualified Personal Performance Life Coach, DISC personality profiling accredited, and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She held the PRINCE2 practitioner accreditation from 2005 to 2020. Lynn is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
