The new enrichment framework has established eight benchmarks against which schools can evaluate their provision, focusing on quality enrichment, student, parent and staff engagement, and strategic approaches to enrichment offers. We will cover the details of the new expectations around enrichment, including understanding what “good” enrichment looks like and how it will be inspected.
Learn how engagement in enrichment can be effectively monitored. With expectations that every child should be involved in enrichment, learn how to manage the administrative demands of documenting participation. Discover how to ensure your staff and parents are fully engaged with enrichment and understand the pressures of additional enrichment expectations on existing workloads, as well as methods to ease the additional burden.
Gain practical takeaways from schools and providers who have existing high-quality enrichment programmes and partnerships and be inspired by schools working across various contexts with robust enrichment programmes. Learn how to adapt enrichment offerings to suit the needs of your student body, and hear about the DCMS grant funding to improve and enhance enrichment provision in areas with the greatest level of need.
You will hear best practice examples for encouraging participation from demographic groups traditionally less likely to participate in enrichment programmes, including SEND students, pupil premium students, and those from diverse backgrounds. Hear how you can make your enrichment offerings more inclusive and accessible.
Explore best practice examples across the five core strands of enrichment and understand what evidencing participation looks like across the board. Understand how to build lasting partnerships and relationships with external providers to enhance core entitlement at your school.
By attending this full-day, online conference, you will develop approaches that improve enrichment offerings, increase participation, and ensure every pupil has the chance to get involved with enrichment opportunities that genuinely interest them.

Very useful, it's provided many ideas, which I hope to implement and also reassured me that we're doing a lot already.
