With £13.2 billion committed to the Warm Homes Plan (2025–2030) and the Future Homes Standard set to raise energy efficiency standards for new build homes, the UK is entering a pivotal phase in the journey to decarbonise housing. The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund provides funding to deliver warm, energy efficient homes, reducing carbon emissions and tackling fuel poverty.
Bringing together housing associations, local authorities, and policymakers, attend Westminster Insight’s Decarbonising Social Housing Conference to discuss the next steps for the Warm Homes Plan and to hear from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, National Audit Office, Citizens Advice and more.
You will hear how local authorities can make the most of the Warm Homes Plan and deliver effective schemes for residents using the Warm Homes: Local Grant. Hear approaches to foster trust and engagement, including effectively communicating the benefits of the works, and addressing common concerns.
Gain insight into the lessons learned from past Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Waves and hear about the key aims and objectives for WH:SHF Wave 3.
With homes accounting for almost a fifth of the UK’s carbon emissions, don’t miss this opportunity to network with industry peers and experts, hear latest policy updates and sector learnings to improve the energy performance of social housing.
