Tina Russell is an expert in Professional Conduct and Ethics, with over 25 years of experience in the private, public, and charitable sectors, including financial services, law, and accountancy firms.
A former Chartered Member of the CIPD, Tina has contributed to a range of professional bodies and ethics forums. She co‑authored the CIPD Ethics at Work Guide and has spoken at numerous national and international events, including sessions at the House of Lords and the House of Commons. As a strong advocate for whistleblowing, Tina conducts workshops on ethics, governance, and HR-related topics.
She began her career in financial services and has spent the last 20 years in the professional membership sector. During this time, she has served as a Council Member, Board Member, and Professional Conduct Committee member for various professional membership organisations.
Additionally, she has led the professional conduct departments for two membership bodies, focusing on supporting ethical practices, implementing Codes of Conduct, and managing investigation and disciplinary procedures. Tina has developed Codes of Conduct and Ethics for multiple organisations and offers independent investigation services. Among her many qualifications, she holds a master’s degree in human resource management and is currently pursuing the CILEX CPQ.
