D’Arcy Myers is an experienced charity leader, consultant and trustee with more than three decades of work across the UK and internationally. His career began with overseas development roles with VSO in Tonga and humanitarian programmes in Armenia with World Vision.
He later went on to lead several national charities as Chief Executive, including Dreams Come True, Wessex Heartbeat and the Rainbow Centre for Neurological Enablement. Today, D’Arcy works as a consultant, supporting charities with governance, strategy, leadership and organisational change, often serving as an Interim CEO during periods of transition.
Alongside his executive work, D’Arcy has extensive board experience. He is Chair of Trustees of the Smallwood Trust and formerly served as Chair of the Association of Charitable Organisations, as well as holding a range of trustee and advisory roles across the sector.
D’Arcy brings practical insight from working with charities of all sizes, combining governance expertise with real-world leadership experience to help organisations strengthen their impact and sustainability.
