Attend this half-day Strategic Planning training course to improve your ability to formulate strategies and implement them. Examine the impact of your organisation’s strengths and weaknesses on delivering a plan and your capability to respond to changing circumstances.  

Learn about effective horizon scanning and scenario planning. Establish who will be responsible for implementing actions to achieve the strategic goals, and how to build the necessary alliances to move forward successfully. Work with the trainer to understand what should be included in a strategic plan and how it should be documented and communicated.
