Course Leader

Charlotte Hamilton-Kay joined ASB Help as the Specialist Victim Project Manager in July 2021. Previously, Charlotte worked as an ASB practitioner within Derbyshire Victims Services (DVS), providing practical and emotional support to victims of ASB, and led in the development of several projects to raise the profile of ASB within communities and the impact it has on its victims.

During her tenure, Charlie and the ASB team at DVS received the Julie Coulthard Memorial Award for outstanding achievement for the casework they completed during the first Covid-19 lockdown.

Charlotte studied Psychology at the University of Northumbria and takes a keen interest in the motivations and compulsions behind anti-social behaviour. She hopes that in understanding more about the reasons behind ASB we can effectively tackle it.
