Event Summary

The UK Government released the final UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS) S1 and S2 on February 25th 2026. These standards require disclosure of sustainability-related risks/opportunities (S1) and climate-related risks (S2).

Chaired by Sally Baker, Head of Corporate Reporting Strategy, ICAEW, Westminster Insight’s timely ESG Reporting and Transition Plans Conference will bring together senior policymakers, ESG leads, business leaders, finance and sustainability teams, and investors, to explore the requirements for sustainability reporting, climate-related disclosures and climate transition plans in the UK.

Receive an update on the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS S1 & S2) from Michael Ashworth, Head of Sustainability Reporting Policy, Department for Business and Trade.

A keynote panel of investors and financial regulatory experts will discuss the next steps for sustainable finance in the UK. You will hear from Members of the Transition Finance Council and Transition Finance Market Review, and the London Stock Exchange Group. What makes credible transition finance and how do you develop a strong climate transition plan. What are the Government’s plans in this area?

Practical sessions will cover developing a climate-related transition plan, effective disclosure practices, materiality reporting, nature and carbon markets, and more.
