Neil Yeomans is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner and CEO of Lodestone Assurance, a consultancy dedicated to improving safety across the built environment. With over 20 years of experience, he specialises in enhancing safety standards, particularly in the field of fire safety.
Neil has driven major cultural transformations in the housing sector, including a rapid turnaround for a 47,000-home housing association, where he led their recovery from a critical regulatory downgrade to a commendable regrade in just six months.
His strategic insights have earned multiple accolades, including RoSPA Gold for Customer Safety and BS9997 fire safety accreditation. Neil is also a contributing author to two MHCLG-sponsored publications on the Golden Thread and chairs the National Housing Federation’s Building Safety group, helping shape national policy.
