Sarah Bradley has nearly two decades experience in criminal investigations and enforcement across police, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. She has most recently worked within Local Authority as Team Leader and Regulatory Services Advisor. Now, through her company, she provides training and investigation support services to organisations and authorities undertaking criminal investigations. With several commendations for delivering outstanding service in tackling crime and conducting investigations, including organised crime, Sarah has a wealth of experience in investigating and getting cases to Court. Sarah has also been a tutor for new officers and holds a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.

Tessa Shepperson qualified in 1990 and, for most of her career has specialised in residential landlord and tenant law.  She is also an author and experienced trainer.

Between 1994 and 2013, Tessa ran her own solicitors practice, TJ Shepperson.  In 2001, she started her online membership service, Landlord Law (landlordlaw.co.uk), as a way for landlords to learn about their legal rights and obligations at a reasonable cost.

Landlord Law was so successful that Tessa was able to close down her law firm in 2013 and concentrate on her online service and legal training.
