Grace Graham is Founder and Chief Education Officer of Keep It Simple Training Company Ltd, provider of bespoke training consultancy services. Grace is a specialist in antiracism and supports organisations to create, develop and implement antiracism strategies that enables racial inclusivity in the workplace. She works with a range of organisations, including charities, schools and law firms. Keep It Simple also partners with other organisations to provide Equality Diversity and Inclusion programmes.
Grace is the lead Trainer in the Business Administration Apprenticeships programme at New City College London, and a Trainer in the Step Into Teaching programme at Lewisham College. As an active volunteer member of FSB London, Grace serves as its Diversity & Inclusion Policy Lead.
Grace has an MSc in Coaching Psychology and was awarded the Haberdasher’s Company Award for Enterprise. She has been featured BBC local news, the Dell Women’s Enterprise Network film, and the film The Meeting House, which is on You Tube. An experienced public speaker, Grace has also done a stint as a TEDx speaker, also on You Tube.
When it comes to awards, Grace has served as a panel judge at the University of East London business awards and has presented several awards to recipients at the FSB London Business Awards. She has been a business mentor for students at the University of East London, Allia Future Business Centre and the Mayor of London’s Entrepreneur’s programme.
Outside of business, Grace serves as an Executive Board member and Treasurer of New Unity CIO and is a percussionist with the Hackney Community Orchestra, and a practicing Buddhist.
