Join our Confident Communication in the Workplace online training to learn how to communicate with clarity and authority in any situation. You’ll gain practical techniques to overcome barriers, express yourself effectively, handle difficult conversations, and build stronger workplace relationships.

You’ll explore common obstacles such as impostor feelings, fear of judgement, unhelpful behaviours, and workplace challenges. Through hands‑on exercises, you’ll practise the core skills of confident communication: being concise, crafting impactful statements, using your voice with control, and applying effective body language especially in virtual settings.

Strengthen your presence in meetings and presentations by speaking up early, managing nerves with Red2Blue, and structuring contributions with the SCQA model. You’ll also gain tools for handling difficult conversations and influencing others through credibility, clarity, connection, and consistency.
