Event Summary

Any pupil falling behind in English or Maths can now receive targeted support to get back on track as part of the Parent Pledge. From September 2022, the Government will increase the Recovery Premium for all schools, with funding for secondary schools set to double. In addition, changes to the National Tutoring Programme mean funding for tutoring under this programme will now be provided directly to schools.

Join us online for Westminster Insight’s timely Tutoring Workshop for Schools to learn how you can support pupils to catch up on missed learning caused by the pandemic. This workshop focuses on tutoring interventions, including those funded by the Recovery Premium and the National Tutoring Programme.

Attend this interactive workshop to ensure you make the best possible decisions for your school in the 2022-2023 academic year. Understand what makes an effective intervention and how to deliver targeted support in your school. You’ll hear about the latest requirements and expectations from Ofsted and the Department for Education and how to maximise the funding available.

Through best practice case studies, gain advice on how to address regression in Maths and English and keep parents and carers informed of progress. Hear ideas for the provision of speech and language therapy for pupils with SEND. Learn how to demonstrate that your interventions are working via evidence-based practice.

Network with school leaders from across education and share solutions in this interactive workshop.
