Attendees will take part in a case study, understanding how their role should work and when to collaborate with other agencies. This session offers breakout rooms, an opportunity to identify lessons for learning, and the ways in which multi-agency practice can be improved to safeguard children and young people.

This session will give you an opportunity to reflect on what to include during procedures and paperwork whilst completing child reviews.

  • Reflecting the child’s perspective and family context accurately
  • Analysing frontline practice, organisational structures, and learnings
  • Establishing reasons for why events occurred as they did
  • Reaching recommendations that will improve outcomes for children
