Course leader and neurodiversity expert, Helen Eaton, will walk you through emerging best practice and common pitfalls to avoid. Engage with case studies on a range of challenges: ensuring inclusion in recruitment, training line managers to support neurodivergent employees; and accessing neurodivergent talent.
The practical application of legal requirements and reasonable adjustment requests will be explored. Understand where workplace adjustments can be made. How are other organisations creating a working environment where neodiverse minds can flourish?
