With keynote addresses provided by Bob Blackman MP, Co-Chair, APPGEH and Lord Bob Kerslake, we will review progress against Government targets. Learn more about the allocation of the Homelessness Prevention Grant funding for local authorities from 2023-2025 .
Through a series of panel discussions and case studies, you will gain insights on collaborative approaches across housing, health, care and third sector.
We will review the latest data to understand changing trends of people experiencing homelessness. How do you identify severe and multiple disadvantage and support vulnerable groups including care leavers, women and young people.
