Event Summary

Women want their employers to be more supportive when it comes to their menstrual and reproductive health.

Menstrual and reproductive health problems are common: including painful periods and menstruation, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, miscarriage, baby loss, and fertility complications. 15% of women have a menstrual condition such as endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, fibroids.* 36% of women feel that their employers are not supportive in health matters including endometriosis, fertility, menopause and periods.*

These conditions can have a significant impact on well-being and performance at work. There is an urgent need to raise awareness of symptoms, and for employers to improve training and support.

Westminster Insight’s Making Menstrual and Reproductive Health a Priority in the Workplace Conference will provide policies, case studies and practical solutions that will help your employees to thrive.
