Event Summary

The CQC’s new Single Assessment Framework is scheduled to be rolled out across the whole country by the end of March 2024. It will apply to all registered health and care services from the largest hospital to the smallest care home.

Now is a vital time to get to grips with the changes. Westminster Insight’s conference is ideally timed so that we can hear feedback from early adopters who have been through the inspection process. Understand what to expect on the day, from local authorities and Integrated Care Systems.

With on-site inspections being only one aspect of assessment, you will learn what other types of evidence will be required to support the five categories and new quality statements. There will be a deep-dive into the CQC quality statement of how to achieve outstanding in ‘Well-Led’, examining leadership, strategy and governance.

Hear top tips from a range of different health and social care providers about how to practically prepare for the new assessment regime. We will cover gaining organisation-wide buy-in, building capacity and staff knowledge and improving processes including data collection and analysis.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn how to use the new regulation process to embed a culture of continuous improvement in your service delivery.
